Your configurator runs free for 30 days from the day it goes live. Before the 30 days are up we ask whether you want to keep it. Choose Starter or Pro and billing starts then. If you don't, we take it offline. We never took a card, so nothing is charged by surprise.

Yes. Your admin page has a price editor: change a price or take an option off sale and the next visitor sees it. Quote requests you have already received keep the price they were sent with. On Pro with a Shopify store, prices can also follow your store, checked once a day.

We do. We model your product from your public product pages, drawings and price list (or your CAD, if you'd like to send it), and you check it on a private link before anything goes live. There's no setup fee for anything built from your public pages.

Price changes and taking options off sale you do yourself, any time. For new models or options, send us the page; updates built from your public pages carry no setup fee. A whole new kind of product that needs a new template is Custom work, quoted first.

No. You pay the flat plan price. No commission, no fee per quote request, no fee per sale.

Yes. Our Shopify app puts a "3D configurator" button on your product pages and, on Pro, adds the configured build to your cart at your store's own prices. We install it with you from a link; it isn't listed in the Shopify App Store yet. WooCommerce add-to-cart is available on request.

Anytime, from the Billing tab in your admin (or email us). Plans are month-to-month and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans can be refunded pro rata within 30 days of purchase. Details are in our refund policy.

Quote requests from your buyers are yours. We don't sell them, share them or contact your buyers. On request we send you a copy and delete them. Visit stats are counted without cookies and without storing IP addresses. See our terms.
